The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the Pleasure Beach, which was fantastic for our family outing. The value for money is remarkable, especially with such affordable rates. However, the rooms left much to be desired, with some maintenance issues that really impacted our comfort. Although the staff were friendly, the level of service could use some improvement.
